70's Day

Today at Callie's School they are celebrating 70's day. It is a fundraiser to raise money for the American Cancer Society.  Dress like the 70's and bring in a $1.00. We did the best we could with the limited clothing items in our closets. Peace...

Produce Heaven!

When we moved to Georgia we soon discovered that we would miss our California Produce and the prices. Everything seemed so expensive. We were spoiled living next to the orange groves and buying an 8 pound bag of oranges for a whole $2.50.  I soon found a Farmers Market.  Every Tuesday and Thursday, Julliet, Mick and I run down to the Market and buy the catch of the day for $15.00 a basket. This brought a little sunshine to our lives and extra money in our pockets! It may not be Gless Ranch, but it will do...

Packing up and Leaving California

We packed, Grandma and Grandpa Cleaned, we went to the OC for the final kick off, we got plane, we flew, we cried, we landed, we wondered if we had really thought this all the way through, we found the South, Mollie found the BIG CHICKEN, we cried again, we loved, we found home, we got home, we cried again, we went to new schools, we cried again, we are beginning to acclimate, we are pretty sure we will cry again.  But we are having a blast and the adventure of our lives.......Ryan Whitney and Kids.

Happy Birthday Whit!  You are an amazing women!  I am grateful for the example you are to me of what it means to be a great wife and mother.   I admire you and your strength!  You have always been a great friend to me since I came into this amazing Delahunty family.  I am grateful for your phone calls and the effort you make in building our relationship as 'sisters'.  I admire you and Ryan as I have seen glimpses of your efforts in raising your children.  Your children are blessed to be growing up in your home and having such great parents as their examples.  I am excited to meet this little #8 that will be here hopefully sooner than later!    I am so excited for this new adventure you guys are on in Georgia!  We can't wait to come visit you guys!  I love you and hope you have a great day!  You deserve it!  Love Katie
